Charleston native Lance Blalock started Energen Carolina in 1976 not far from where our office is today. After graduating from Clemson University he started compounding chemicals in his own garage and quickly realized that this niche market had great potential. His determination and hard work have resulted in 40 years of steady growth. We are lucky enough to do business with some of his original customers to this day. Thanks to his vast knowledge of the industry, professionalism and reliability we are now recognized as the lowcountry’s leading distributor of industrial equipment and pressure washing systems. Lance has since stepped down as the owner of the company, but plays a major role in perpetuating our vision of success.
